Preparing to list the condo is quite the endeavor. As always we are being perfectionists, and we want to get as much $$$ as possible when we sell. So we are spiffing up the place, it will be the cleanest, freshest place on the block. Too bad we won't be living here to enjoy it. ;)

Kitchen: DONE
Scrub grout on Kitchen tile - DONE (my nails are shot)
Reorganize cabinets, box and store non-essentials - DONE (90% anyway)
Wipe down cabinets - DONE
Clean Oven - DONE (ewwww, I waited way to long to do this)

Reorganize wall art/framed portraits after painting - DONE

Paint Master Bath - DONE
Organize under-sink cabinets - DONE
Organize storage on shelves above washer/dryer - DONE
New towels for Master Bath - DONE

Remove non-essentials (black shelf with a zillion books) - DONE

Paint outside door jamb
Paint stair railing??? Maybe split this with upstairs neighbors who are also selling
